Founded in St. Croix, Custom Builders began doing large scale commercial construction in 1986. We are one of the Virgin Island’s premier general contractors engaging in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, multi-unit residential, historic restoration projects, and heavy construction.

Early in 1995, Custom Builders expanded to St. Thomas and, with our partners, Custom Builders has the ability to provide proposals for projects in excess of $50 million. With respect to owners and their representatives, we believe that there is always a surplus of good construction firms competing for the privilege of participating in each major project. In order to earn the degree of client confidence and acceptance required to obtain our objectives, we must be a “superior” contractor, not merely a “good” contractor.
